Ok : * Wellness * Breakfast * Position * Staff * Cleaning Not OK: * Room and bathroom very small. * No heatimg regulation sahara or antartica.

Me and my father stayed there for 7 nights and our vacation was amazing! Very friendly and helpful staff (both at the reception desk and at the restaurant), sauna, delicious food (although it would be better to have a choice of vegetarian meals everyday), great location - 8 minutes on foot from the cable car. Family atmosphere, charming decorations. We returned to Pozza di Fassa after 13 years and we will definitely be back - the best skiing experience you can ever have!

Three star hotel, very close to the slopes. Some rooms are renovated, but do not expect luxury. We had half board which was good, last night average food (schnitzel and croquets - frozen from the shop). As they were finishing the season they were run out of the stock of wine - we could not get what we had chosen. Anyway the staff and owners were great. Hotel was good for few days getaway with my friend. One surprising thing - you could not get fresh towel to the sauna every day - eventhough you had to pay the fee 15 EUR for admission.
